All applications are managed through our Central Admissions Office. The Admissions team will be the point of communication with parents during the admissions process.

STEP 1: SUBMIT APPLICATION FOR ADMISSIONS FORM
  • In order to initiate the application process, the school requires you to submit an application for admission form.
STEP 2: INTERVIEW
  • On receipt of your application for admission form, the Admissions team will contact you to schedule an interview with the School Principal.  It is preferable if the prospective student/s and both parents are able to attend.  During the interview, parents and the prospective student’s will be given a tour of the school campus and will have an opportunity to ask questions.
  • In addition to an interview, the school requires that the prospective families applying for a place at Courtney House (Reception Year to Year 6) or Courtney College (Year 7 to Year 12, Checkpoint, IGCSE and AS/A Level) –  provide copies of the student’s previous years mark schedules.
  • In the event that the prospective family is unable to attend an interview due to location or circumstance, this part of the application process will be handled either via a Skype interview or through the exchange of emails.
STEP 3: SCHOOL VISIT
  • On completion of a successful interview, the prospective student/s will be invited for a school visit.  The prospective student/s will be required to join the class for which they are applying and attend all lessons for the day of their visit.  Throughout the course of the school day, the prospective student will be informally assessed.  This process allows all parties to make an informed decision as to whether the admission process should be completed.
  • International families who are not able to visit the school prior to completing the enrollment process will be required to submit all past academic records and the prospective student/s may be required to complete an entrance evaluation.
STEP 4: COMPLETION OF PAPER WORK

Should all parties agree to continue, the prospective family will be required to complete, sign and submit the following contracts and forms:
