Cape Peninsula University Of Technology International Students, This unit reports directly to the Registrar and they are responsible for evaluating all foreign undergraduate application forms. All international undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications must be evaluated and verified by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) before submission of an application to CPUT.
They are also responsible for issuing of Letter of Undertaking which contains the duration of the study and is submitted to the SA High Commission in order to apply for the study visa.

International applicants
With over 3 000 international students registered at CPUT annually, from more than 74 countries, speaking over 100 languages, CPUT is a thriving cosmopolitan centre for cultural, social and political exchange.
International students at CPUT are supported by the Office of International Affairs. They are responsible for assisting international students with applications and orientation new students to campus and city life.
