- Full time course ( Monday – Wednesdays ) over 12 months

Advanced Diploma In Food Preparation
Course Outline
- Entry level is a diploma in food preparation.
 - The course is focussed on management of a food operation.
 - Course consist out of 12 assignments and an International exam.
 - City & Guilds of London Accreditation.
