The course prepares students for both the physical classroom as well as the online classroom environment. This includes skills acquisition in lesson planning, whiteboard layout, and PowerPoint lesson presentation creation.
Students will be expected to teach six lessons online and receive thorough evaluation and feedback. Students will also create two lesson plans for assessment and receive detailed feedback.
The course consists of over 120 hours of video lesson content with guided activities that span over the course of 8 weeks. There are weekly check-in sessions with the course coordinator as well as personalised feedback sessions for practical teaching and lesson creation
