Entrance Requirements for the LLB degree Programmes

  • A National Senior Certificate with degree admission.
  • English Home Language level 5 or English First Additional Language level 6.
  • Mathematical Literacy level 5 or Mathematics level 3.
  • Life Orientation level 4.
  • Minimum composite Academic Point Score (APS) 32 not including Life Orientation.

Applicants need to pay an application fee:  

  • Either by cheque or postal order direct to the CAO on submission of  your completed application form. The cheque or postal order must be made out to the Central Applications Office and the cheque must be crossed. No cash payments are accepted. Or
  • By direct deposit at any branch of ABSA Bank or via the Internet.

Closing date for applications to the LLB programme is 31 October.
