University Of Pretoria Office Hours, The Office of the Registrar is responsible for general institutional supervision with a view to, inter alia, ensure compliance with the provisions of the Higher Education Act, Act 101 of 1997 as amended.
As a member of the University Executive, the Registrar, Prof Caroline Nicholson, is the line manager for the Legal Services Division, the Internal Audit Unit, Information Governance and the UP Archive. The Office of the Registrar also provides secretariat services related to the meetings of the University Executive as well as the University Council and the various statutory bodies and committees.

Our office is located in: HSB 15-24 (Humanities Building next to CSC(Client Service Centre)
Monday to Thursday (10:30-15:30)

URGENT FINAL DEADLINE: CERTIFICATE COLLECTION AT OUR OFFICE

The 2018 academic year has commenced and we would like to welcome new students and those returning, towards the completion of their studies. As such students who missed the New Member Recognition Ceremony are advised to collect their certificates and pins, between the 6th and 7th of February 2018. It is the final collection deadline, thereafter uncollected certificates will be mailed.
